Studio Returns

At this time, all studio items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for studio items sold so please review all studio purchases before confirmation. Customer service is incredibly important to us so if there are any issues or problems with your order, please fill out this form or email us at info@arandaartistry.com.

Boutique Returns

You can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 30 days from the order date. We do not provide return labels. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in new condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE

  • Promotional discounts are subject to be final sale items. Please see fine print of promotional discount code before purchasing

  • Accompanied by the packing list with return authorization note

Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. No return shipping labels will be provided with your package.

Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks to the same form of payment. 

Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back if you have any questions. 

Boutique Exchanges

The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the correct item. This way, you don't have to wait for your returned item to be received before your new item is shipped out. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued. We do not process exchanges in any other way.
